<p><strong>Project Manager – Cohort I (Onkology)</strong></p> <hr> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong><br> We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to support <strong>Cohort I</strong> within the <strong>Onkology</strong> therapeutic area. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing cross-functional project activities, ensuring regulatory and budgetary compliance, and driving the delivery of key milestones in a highly collaborative, international setting.</p> <hr> <p><strong>Framework Conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Start Date:</strong> 02 June 2025 <li><strong>End Date:</strong> 31 May 2026 <li><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Full-time (5 days/week) <li><strong>Work Location:</strong> 100% Remote <li><strong>Travel Requirement:</strong> None <li><strong>Extension:</strong> Possible </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Organize compound review meetings with agendas, minutes, and SharePoint documentation</p> <li> <p>manage pre-meeting data collection and ensure timely follow-up on action items</p> <li> <p>Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery</p> <li> <p>Maintain project artifacts, including timelines, RAID logs, and charters</p> <li> <p>Track budget status, team capacity, and delivery performance</p> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience</p> <li> <p>Experience of at least 3 years in business management functions in mid-sized/large international companies, authorities or associations</p> <li> <p>Experience in standard business computer applications (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)</p> <li> <p>Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry</p> </ul>
