<p><strong>Project Manager – Cohort III (Rare Diseases)</strong></p> <hr> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong><br> We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to support <strong>Cohort III</strong> within the <strong>Rare Diseases</strong> therapeutic area. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing cross-functional project activities, ensuring regulatory and budgetary compliance, and driving the delivery of key milestones in a highly collaborative, international setting.</p> <hr> <p><strong>Framework Conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Start Date:</strong> 02 June 2025</p> <li> <p><strong>End Date:</strong> 31 May 2026</p> <li> <p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Full-time (5 days/week)</p> <li> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong> 100% Remote</p> <li> <p><strong>Travel Requirement:</strong> None</p> <li> <p><strong>Extension:</strong> Possible</p> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Organize and facilitate compound review meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and documentation on SharePoint</p> <li> <p>Manage the pre-meeting data collection process and ensure timely follow-up on action items</p> <li> <p>Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery</p> <li> <p>Maintain key project documentation such as timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and project charters</p> <li> <p>Track overall budget status, team capacity, and delivery performance metrics</p> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience</p> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years' experience in business management roles within mid-sized or large international companies, public authorities, or professional associations</p> <li> <p>Proficiency in standard business software tools, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet</p> <li> <p>Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required</p> </ul>
